You can try the RPA Online Access system, but it is more costly and may (not sure because I've not used RPA) require a company to access.

(Also pay attention to the school system if you plan on moving a house for resale later and moving away - Maize, Goddard, Andover are probably going to be the most sought after school districts -- any house in those districts under that $250k or maybe 200k price point and is "move in ready" and updated will MOVE quick - so be ready to look at and place an offer the same day. 

Why should he pay for this request any more than he would pay for an alarm system to be installed.

Do you find that new clients are willing to choose that option or is that a system built from trust and repeat business?

I'd like to create systems in these markets to be as hands-off as possible, but at least in the beginning stages, I will be visiting these areas frequently and would like to enjoy it!

As much as I'd like to have a system for every step of the way, it's not needed until it's needed.

Lately, I have been working on one of my side projects, creating a data warehouse and collecting information about US demographics from the Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Department of justice and other various systems.

You could be at an avg cost or instantly and a huge cost bc your lot just happens to have too shallow of top soil and hitting solid rock to quickly and you have to get a completely different septic system thats double the cost.
