Doing hard money is insane and expanding as rapidly as possible in STRs is insane.

I currently work at the VA and they also see a migration north by the veterans because of cost of living so they are expanding up in Port St Lucie. 

I wanted to expand on retail properties for lending.There is a vast difference between STNL ( Single tenant net lease) and MTNL (Multi tenant net lease) properties.Single tenant you have just one income stream for the property and multi tenant you tend to have various businesses categories propping up the cash flow to service the debt.

I'm more concerned about jobs and that the areas where I invest continue to expand economically.

For now we're only looking in a specific area but will expand if necessary.

You can choose to expand your personal home's coverage to provide additional coverage to your rental policy, but it will only be supplemental umbrella coverage.

Now that i am more familiar with fix & flips, i would like to try and expand out of bank loans.

@Jacob Michal if you want to expand your network you need to go to the KREIA meetings in L-ville. 100s of investors under 1 roof at their meetings.
