I was looking to transfer it to a SD IRA to invest in RE notes when I discovered the concept of Solo 401k. 2) Separate from & outside of the existing IRA funds, I thought of setting up the HML activities as a business so as to be able to contribute a higher amount of $$ to the rolled over Solo 401k in the future.
