I have great credit (over 750), and my mom is willing to manage the properties for free (she has an AS in business administration [studied real estate, but didn't make it due to personal issues at the time]), her fiance works as a general contractor and is willing to help fix up any homes for low pay/free on weekends or small cuts if flipping.

It also creates a situation where there is nothing going on with the project and you can have squatters, drug dealing, all kinds of crazy things going on.  

Drugs, prostitution,  parties, fighting, you name it. 

My recommendation to you is contacting the FHA administration directly and asking them your question.Best of luck!

We've had people try to break into a commercial building of ours (in a good area of town) that has doctor and dentist tenants in order to try to steal drugs.

They bring with them late hours, unsavory characters, drugs, alcohol, biker boyfriends...I won't rent to another stripper...ever!

If I'm selling kids drugs that's bad, if I'm selling the cure to cancer that's good.

Its at least a RICO case for the group committing looting the cvs and than burned a cop car up the street from the CVS..... who knows what they will do next if they get away with it all after they spend all the money they make from selling the stolen the drugs from the CVS...I have faith that National guard can assist the state police to lock down the curfew tonight and hopefully every local detective will be on duty tonight and there will be record arrests and hopefully catch the few bad seeds that are probably causing the violence...
