Multi Unit turnaround
I recently acquired a vacant multi unit property in Columbus, OH. This property was previously known as 'the drive-thru', where many different adverse activities took place (specifically drug trafficking, etc.) I took this abandoned property and put several hours, days and months working on this property to turn it around. Recently some of the neighbors in the area came by and said they really appreciated the turn around and how thankful they were the area was now a clean, safe and a better environment and community.
