Yeah I know even for revocable trusts they have to run through our legal department.

I've called several departments in the Country Clerk's office and everyone has seemed like they had no idea what I was even asking for.I thought is was pretty standard to keep a list of all eviction filings, as from what I understand they are Public Records.

I am not sure what your local police department can provide you but some of these have a pretty bad rap in areas because of the tenants who reside.

Your county should have a statistics & viaticals department.

All of the expenses have been confirmed by me by contacting the  sewer department, WiscoEnergy, etc.
