I look at the county's foreclosure listing and i see the property is set to be auctioned off next week.

Dear BP family, Often times there's a discrepancy between a recorded sales price on a county's website and zillow.

I recently started acquiring properties in the Cumberland County area and am working to grow my support team.

I just checked the Thurston County Recorder website and there were only 2 Lis Pendens (start of judicial foreclosure process) filed in the entire month of December.

I am looking for suggestions on a great CPA that is investor friendly in Orange County, CA area.

Anyway, I called him up, asking if he was interested in selling and 4 plex properties that he has, there are 4 in Broward County.
