When considering a property for investment in a new jurisdiction, what methods are folks using to determine/estimate the costs associated with water, sewer, garbage, and other utility costs which will be covered by the landlord? 

I would like to finance the purchase price and all renovation costs associated.  

And many standard association contracts already have a "check the box" option for assignability and in many cases for a 1031 exchange option as well.

You may want to do an elevation survey to determine if it is actually in a flood zone.

THEN you must find a broker to sponsor you AND you will have to pay an annual fee to your local realtor's association to have access to the MLS.

I have several docs from corporations that don't get to me until March of every year that need to be included on the personal tax return.I found that the National Association of Realtors has a credit union.

i agree with @Nuhan Demirkan - the main issue is "is there a house associated with this estate?".

I'm not sure about your area but I am in Houston and it wasn't as bad as some of my fellow associates who were doing flips.

Look at the multifamily investing associations to find those players and work out your google fu from there. 

Used to be able to search by name - and read all liens associated with that person.
