If the breed of the animal means you can lose your insurance, then you can deny the animal - or rather their request for a reasonable accommodation - based on the request creating a financial hardship for you.But, since you've already allowed it, now your easiest way to get rid of them is to start giving them warnings based on the animal's behavior.

Then, you would be even more restricted as far as acceptable grounds to evict her, from my understanding of Section 8 rules.Your best bet to getting her out before November, would be to start documenting her behavior and giving her written warnings - but it would have to be behavior that is something you can evict for.Did the police come?

I tell her, I'm sorry, but there's no way for me to know who is smoking unless I catch them in the act, so I'm sorry, but if I catch someone smoking, I'll give them a warning, but I make no promises and if you're really miserable here, then all you have to do is give 30 days notice, since you're on month-to-month.You guessed it.

I know that people warn against partnering with family, I intend on starting an LLC with clearly defined roles and responsibilities and percentages of "cash flow" disbursements (once reserves for company are built up).
