I can only speak to my own experience as an agent, an investor and a property manager and from the experience of those around me but, unfortunately that has very rarely been the case with my own experiences and the investors and owners we interact with on a daily basis.

We intentionally try to create a place where new investors and people with hundreds of doors can interact.

Networking on second shift can create challenges to attend large meet up but could provide an opportunity for more individualized interactions.

I have been listening to some podcasts and they kept mentioning this community, and I realized I needed to get out there and interact with others that are working in real estate.
