Nationwide we are starting to see dramatic drop offs in traffic numbers. 

Traffic's been light so far.  

So this whole thing of "Moody and Forbes says the sky is about to fall" tells me nothing except what's selling traffic, surprise surprise, doom & gloom again.

With Zillow it seems I get a lot of initial inquiries and then it slows down, but traffic is also driven by which part of the month you list. 

My location is not as convenient as my competitors (they are 2-3 miles closer to the freeway) but I have a quieter, prettier location (not a parking lot next to a busy road) and there is a state park campground even further away from the freeway than my park that gets plenty of traffic (they often drive right by my park to get there).  

This enables us to promote your property to a broad audience while limiting physical foot traffic to only serious buyers.Likewise, our buyer clients can view properties online and take virtual video tours to minimize the number of homes they step inside.

Having a solid inbound web site for prospects to land is a good place to start.

If you're website ranks #1 you will get a lot of traffic.
