It's All County NEO, I've had small ticky tack issues with regard to bad or slow communication here and there, as well as what I believe to be not properly crediting the owners portal with water and sewer reimbursements I pay.

It's an old house and recently during a renovation, I realized that both sides waste stacks are sharing a shaft touching one another and the neighbor's one was cracked, practically watering my side with sewer every time they flush their toilet.

For plumbing they generally (it's different in different cities) will pass the rough in inspection first, then you have to do the other stuff (like install the bathtub and fill it with water) and pass that stuff before you do the wall tiles etc.

I don't think he's ever actually even seen the house, if he did I don't know how he could have missed the Holton-Wise stickers on the doors, windows, cabinets, furnaces, hot water tanks and electrical panels.
