(I knew from going and watching the previous tax auction that any property not bid on would be re--auctioned at 2pm the same afternoon with minimum starting bids of $300)  I went out during the break and checked the properties that were remaining. 

I prefer to have all my eggs in one basket and be able to watch that basket very closely.

I hate to let available properties go since they are few and far between but I will watch and wait a little longer.  

I was also inspired by watching some HGTV programs on Netflix last night and I really think this may be a field that interest me, I know TV is nothing like real life.I was also encouraged by Episode 113 of the BP Podcast which I have heard about 3 times and was only published yesterday and I was given a gleam of hope that I may be able to one day become a successful investor.  

It was brilliant.We weren't trying to wholesale the property as it appears you're trying to do so this strategy may not be applicable.  

I remember  reading something about making a deal with a seller and charging them a application fee or deposit but I can't remeber.  

I just read books and watch YouTube videos.

I would recommend making sure any contracts you use are applicable to your area.
