I’d recommend getting your feet wet with a couple to make sure everything goes smoothly then you can buy faster once you’ve developed systems.

In WA you do not have to house the tenant because rent is abated.If your state and lease currently allows 30 day notice, that would be my vote for ease.

However, if the property has a newer roof, newer windows, updated plumbing and/or electrical, updated heating system etc., it is possible that this number could be adjusted downward.
