Nat, II like the name Vivify, If i am in ur position I would check these points Distinctive -our brand name should sound different and poses the identity of business and should be a "crowd puller"Descriptive-The name should describe your field/service of operation Each business name provides a unique and one or two descriptive words and when put together provides a visual, tangible business name.

If you get an inexperienced person to manage the properties, be sure that they get well educated, on both the tenant-landlord laws and the uniquenesses of low income landlording.

A debit card will work fine for any unique situation where a check would not work.

(I'm going to use an analogy in a moment...and it reminds me WHY there are aisles and aisles of tools in Home Depot...7 options of the same type of tool...7 brands and colors and fancy shiny boxes...thats because each one has it's own unique attributes...you may like one and I may like another...but they are both there for us to use!

Don't get me wrong I do still enjoy some of the perks of being in the Military ie. 30 days vacation a year, tuition assistance, medical, dental, steady income. 

It's a dynamic market but it has a unique set of challenges for anyone wanting to invest from outside the USA.

Sorry.However, If you wanted to transition that skill, I think a really unique skill set that would be related would be HVAC (A/C and Heating/furnace installation/repair).
