Self-managing, only extraneous extra expense is water/sewer/trash at $225 a month, mortgage will be around $816 a month (estimate).It's a historic property (built 1798) and comes with an extra city lot that isn't big enough to do much with that I can think of.Would you pull the trigger on this?
