New electrical you're probably like $10,000 if not more. for the window replacement, if you get them the same size as the existing maybe you don't have to touch the siding and thus avoiding it. and yes as a homeowner you can remove asbestos up a certain point.

I know of a commercial lender that allows this type of financing, but as you know most lenders won’t touch this type of very short term financing.
