I'm somewhat new to the business and hoping you guy's may have some tips for the newbie.

Like I said before the original copper was robbed so I have to replace ALL the pipes in the building.

The speaker was not trying to give you rei tips but promoting NR as the next best thing since slice bread.

But when you purchase a really cheap house you have to take into account that there will probably be more things to repair and replace - potentially costing you more in unexpected costs.

I know also, I will probably have to replace or fix the trailers in five years.

I need to replace the walk, but I was thinking- instead of demo-ing the concrete and fake brick, of laying down 3 inches of 3/4 inch gravel for drainage and for a base, and then laying some nice pavers such as flafgstone or cobblestones.

Other problems seen were the master bath tub caulk needs repaired/replaced, (and will be), a window screen is out of a bedroom, and a couple of closet door guides need replaced.

Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.
