Tiny houses are lots of fun, but work best as STR's outside of town.

I'd love to get together and take a look at the tiny house that you have.  

Also looking forward to building (stick-framed) Tiny Houses near and far for everyone to appreciate at an affordable price point!

"Bro investors" or whatever you want to call them make up a tiny sliver of the overall housing market. 

I'm sure it's happened many times over (and will continue to happen) that someone owes pennies in taxes relative to the value of the subjective property and the state takes it back over a tiny amount of unpaid property taxes.

This is more of a quality over quantity debate, 10 families in a nice area will most likely  treat the property better and have a tendency of staying longer.To put everything into context I’m doing the out of state turnkey thing. 

He does all the legal filings for the LLC coordinates the tax return and K1s for the LLC, pays all the tiny amount of bills for the LLC and acts as the broker as well.

I would think their showings & thus offers to be less as a FSBO.I wouldn't expect they'd get the quantity of offers that Seattle or Everett due to location but certainly priced correctly it will generate offers over asking.
