Keep in mind it was an 1800 square foot bilevel with a redwood deck, new windows, new roof, new high efficiency furnace with central air, new bathroom remodels, and a newer kitchen.My opinion is that Covid accelerated a market that was already heating up.

We plan to have new floors put in and re-do both the kitchens and bathrooms, put new floors everywhere, fix some drywall issues, install electric fireplaces where the old gas ones are, replace the a/c units, install more efficient bathroom fans for better circulation, move laundry room to the kitchen and make the dining room half kitchen and half dining room, as well as a few other things.

The recent tax incentive programs with the inflation reduction act got me thinking around how many tax credits, rebate programs, grant programs, loan programs, etc are out there from public and private entities that can help minimize up front costs for home renovations related to energy efficiency / clean energy.As I dug into it I realized how much money / incentives are out there for these types of renovations that I was very uninformed on.
