One thing to watch for and to consider with your numbers are the taxes in Hartford, they can be very high!!

So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

Identify actual buyer who is willing/able to pay at least negotiated price, plus finder/transfer fee ($5-10k, for example); create a contract with end-buyer that identifies finder/transfer fee, agreement to complete purchase, and assigns difference (if any) of contract price and end-buyer price to self4.

My first MF deal is yielding well above expectations, and the value of my investment has increased by a multiple of the membership fee.  

However with credit card payments they do get hit with a fee unlike ACH payments which are free. 

I recently had my taxes filed with a new CPA, and i'm not 100% certain if my taxes were filed correctly.

Their 10% cap rate valuation was even less than the town’s market appraisal to determine property taxes.

Anything y’all do that makes tax season easier?
