So my question is, what platforms are you using/ seeing are best for larger portfolios?

Hey everybody just wanted to get a few opinions on what some of you do to market on social media sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etcI'm new in the real estate investing business in Chicago and I'm looking to start my marketing on the big social media platforms so just out of curiosity what kind of content are you guys putting out on these platforms?

Basically anything you can afford won't be suitable for your situation and you may not be there long enough to make it worthwhile.

If required, they will also know how to check you out to see if this loan is suitable.

We all have specific requirements and simply keep those to ourselves when selecting the most suitable applicant.

They are uncommon, but I know of an investment platform that is unconventional as it has to do with renewable energy properties.

I always hear bigger pockets podcasters say focus on "one thing" first and I truly believe setting up a correct wholesale business will be platform for buy/hold and flipping.

Once you find a suitable condo get to work.

I'd recommend reading as many BP published books and listening to the podcast before investing in order to at least have a platform upon which you can launch out.
