If your wife tells you she wants to live in a certain neighborhood because of the school district, this factors greatly in your purchase.Investment = purely dollars and senseLifestyle = emotion or some other influencing factor involvedCan they be both?

This person is likely to be found at a local REIA or by asking everyone you know in your circle of influence if they know someone who is successful in REI and providing an intro to connect you.
