I was just curious to know if anyone can suggest any online courses, or home study courses that someone like myself, who is just starting out, might find useful?

I am in no way an expert on this subject but have been studying up on it myself.

One of my main side hobbies in studying and following macro economics trends particularly in relation to housing.

Welcome Brad, It sounds like you have a lot that most beginners don't since you studied real estate as an undergraduate.

Obviously I need to to study up on these a bit more before considering to add them to my RE portfolio.

I've studied the SAFE Act extensively, and I've not seen that interpretation.

I started looking where to learn about real state investing, and found Robert Kiyosaki's books which inspired me a lot, I also play his game cashflow online a lot hahahaNow my dad got a job at the US, and all our family is moving to Nashville, Tennessee; Im going to licence to become a real state agent, and also study a Bachelor of science in construction management, I know my dream of becoming a real state investor will come true I will a lot of effort on it and dreams are contagious This is me and I will be learning from all of you as much as I can :DAs well which books do you recommend me to read :D??

The more I started reading it and studying it the more I liked the idea of doing one for my business.
