The targeted reach, cost per acquisition, budgeting, speed, metrics ... there's a reason billions of dollars are poured into digital marketing daily.I like to look at marketing from the perspective of: What would catch my attention as an investor?

Unfortunately, I don't think speed is an option in the market right now. 

For me it is all about speed, because time is money. 

I read in another post here that Speed Queen is a reliable brand.

As the world becomes more dependent on high speed information access, direct access to major fiber optic bundles becomes critical.

The best I can imagine is that this is basically a way to give up cashflow now to speed up equity building, such that you would get more equity to borrow against for a down payment for next property faster than just saving cashflow.

Existing mortgages, other property to transfer lien to, etc.You probably don't want to hear this... since you have a deadline you may want to hire an attorney to speed up the process.

Inverness , Dunellon ,beverly hills, spring hill ( although a lot of sink hole activity ) and Jacksonville an be a great place to invest but .. there are a lot of c- and below properties so my biggest piece of advice is to find a boots on the ground type of person who can look out for your best interests in the area you decide is the best place to invest ..Wishing you the very best ..God Speed, Michael Short
