How many bids should I get
I'm going to sell my rental property. The tenant just moved out and the house smells like cigarette smoke. I plan to replace flooring and repaint the interior. It also needs some other cosmetic work nothing major just cosmetic. How many bids should I get before making a final decision on who to use for this kind of work?
How do I know the price is fair price on the work?
