Disruptors are great in many ways, but they anger folks who perceive or experience impact to their business -- you can call us a capitalist society if you want, but this country has industries which are anything but capitalistic in nature.

If your PM makes money by filling a vacancy, they are incentivized to fill your units with higher risk tenants to encourage turnover.  

I would still like to purchase the property and feel that eventually things will get back to normal and the "silver tsunami" will eventually arrive as this is an essential service in our society.
