I thought about doing the interior paint myself but it would've looked terrible and I wouldn't have smoothed out the textured walls. 

However, the process is pretty smooth on Paperstac.  

Many factors go into timeline, could be anywhere from 90 days if everything goes smoothly to 6 months or more.

The only change is where we might slide a bit and allow a marginal tenant in with 1 month rent as deposit, we're having to really be strict and insist on a high deposit. 

The properties are running smoothly overall and we continue to see great rent appreciation year over year.

We may both be in the same industry and in the same markets (although different parts of town), but I can tell you that they have a great reputation for running a smooth operation without a lot of drama.  

By having reserves and promptly addressing necessary repairs, we can maintain tenant satisfaction, encourage lease renewals, and ensure smooth operations.

Whenever you are buying a property out of state you should do a few things to ensure it's as smooth as possible.

Then it is a sliding scale down to the worst homes in the worst areas rented last.
