The required supporting businesses needed for this scale of development will likely create additional, trickledown jobs and growth in the local economy.The last two years have been fantastic for the Tucson economy and the current economic climate shows no signs of slowing.

I'm out of state so I can't really purchase materials as they need them and I also don't want to slow progress.

I've been looking at where companies are building to help with my search. 

You can do the research, join a local apartment association or hire a PM.If that sounds doable to you, you can certainly search online for a property, but if you find a good agent, they should be able to steer you to a property that will serve you well as well as point you in the right direction for any management advice you might need.Best of luck!

Hello, I'm in search of a student housing lease and wanted to know if the BP lease, for my state, is a good foundation that I can adjust to fit my niche. 

If you search on Youtube through the bigger pockets channel I do believe there are some videos on multifamily and podcasts.

Don’t know your system but search by property id no.

My best advice SLOW DOWN.  

It’s slow but you should buy a rental every year or two by saving 25k for a down payment.
