Having my properties in separate LLC's lets me sleep good at night. :-)I'm not a tax guy so I can't address advantages/ disadvantages with that but I'd rather keep separate business and personal financial records anyway.

Asides from not being able to sleep more times than I can recall I remember the sporadic moments where everything I was trying to do to pull a deal together and everything that could go wrong would all of a sudden hit me and right at that moment I felt like throwing up ( I am not exaggerating).
