Section 8 guidelines, qualifications and other info is on the HUD site, you just need to dig for it, at least that what our tenants told use and they got the info!

If your looking for real deals.... go to government sites and download excel spreadsheets with over 100,000 names of multifamily properties, their owners, when they bought the properties, how much they paid, when the notes are coming due, and so on and so on.

Is there a State site or do I have to contact each county one by one and try to find out?

Not sure what to say, but I feel like there is a wealth of information on this site and I hope to start getting my feet wet and learn a few things.

Confirming that it is typical that all property taxes must be paid up prior to Sheriff Sale and also, most sites say deed is issued immediately after auction.

Willie: go to the internet site for your county and look at the county auditor site.

Sad part they have a web site and every thing and I think some thing should be done to shut down all the scam artists in this industry.
