If you are looking for a professional to recommend areas and point out values, recommend lenders, bring up a new shopping center in the area or new manufacturing plant coming in then just keep mental track of how much you are working them vs what they are making off of your deals.

Do these fees seem reasonable or should I be shopping around for a lower price?

I shop, (and get shopped by), my local competitors all the time.  

In cases like this, I'll recommend the use of an insurance brokerage company instead of shopping around for insurance company yourself.     

The townhouse is a 3-story, 1855 SF, techie town home with a 2-car garage, 500 SF of storage in a highly desirable area near many Corporate HQ's, walking distance to shopping, dining, music clubs, dry cleaner, hair salons, spas, gym, yoga, a Marriott & entertainment.

If you have confidence in a deal, put it under contract and then start shopping the deal around to potential partners. 

I didn't shop around much though.

You should get with an independent agent that can shop the markets here and help guide you to the right policy.

I own a commercial and high-end residential Audio, Video and Security company (tascav.com) and a custom gunsmithing shop (fortressarms.com).Other than owning residential and commercial property, and I don't have a tremendous amount of REI experience.

I still shop with coupons, get price adjustments, etc.
