There is some variation in the sensitivity of inspectors.

I think you are de-sensitized to the hype of what is going on there, probably because you've lived there for so long. 

You are only limited by your imagination here, but the same issue would arise in the event of a lease break, eviction, death or medical emergency, etc.

What makes Pilsen so attractive to renters is that it is so close to downtown without the downtown prices and a lot of medical students like to stay in the Pilsen area because of that reason.

It has for some time now attracted major corporations into the area and is now considered the "2nd silicon valley" leading in technology accompanied by it's already stellar medical reputation.
