Is there another more correct term/process for this?

Anyone who says otherwise is selling a course on how to do it :-) Most people aren't prepared to start a side hustle in real estate investing, which is what active real estate investing is.

I know tons of build and sell developers in the hotel space.

My plan is to sell my current house which will give me around $300,000 and in the next 2 years me and my wife will save another $100,000 which come to the total of cash we have in hand is $400,000.

Personally, I don’t love the idea of selling.

As I am in the process of setting up an LLC in one of the 50 states, I will require a new bank account.

Hello,   My ex and I have decided to finally sell our home and I would like to FSBO but am wanting to get comps first.

Values dropped by 55% in my area (Phoenix) and there was no way I could sell these properties. 

I might have a better shot at it if build a portfolio of properties and sell them all together as a business.

I'm currently attending a weekend info session , pre buy process and auction with Dustin Hahn's group.
