Skunks are relatively peaceful unless its skunk mating season then there is drama.

I cant say that ive been actively looking for a new CPA, especially with tax season just wrapping up i thought i would give it a few weeks to calm down and start calling around.

And an overlay can be anything from tax returns to credit score...and "seasoning".  

I am curious what a seasoned MHP investor will say to your questions too.

I realize you cannot assign contract for SS and you have to make sure there are no seasoning restrictions when buying SS.

More people in a smaller space.Keeping it rented during the high season is easy.

-it's an advent of a Holiday Season, in which it's hard to rent, since good tenants are too busy with their families.

Where we live, it is almost seasonal. 

@Bill Gulley This would have been enough to help the OP.People, your financing agreement is a unilateral contract, you can NOT assign a financing obligation without the lender/seller's specific consent.The OP mentioned he was a wholesaler and unfortunately that turns a lot of you seasoned investors into attack mode.
