So we had to go back to court and get a lien on the property and after over a month of pushing the closing date I am happy to report that it closed and I got my money back!

So on some of my deals we did were i was going to say bust a 40 into 4  10s  were the buildiong pads were and the access roads we would try to push over the tree's so the root ball popped up instead of trying to dig those suckers up.

.This is going to be hard on the bigger operators with very large apartment complexes in Oakland--I wouldn't want to buy a Rent Roll in a Class A, B or C area consisting of unknown cut throats and tough to deal with residents.Plus I wouldn't want to have my property managers quit due to not being able to deal with hard to handle types.
