Sometimes I think even Zillow is more accurate.You have to do your due diligence as always.It's possible to get good deals from reputable wholesalers, but in my experience it's almost always easier to find your own good deals vs. finding a reputable wholesaler. 

How long do you think they can continue this without consequences? 

Or partner with no one and hire an experienced general contractor who has a good reputation for working with flippers. 

Looking to connect or get some recommendations of any reputable general contractors that have experience with condo renovations.

The reason I haven’t used a network like that is because 4/5 properties are with one very reputable provider and the other is in the same geographical area so if that new provider didn’t work out, I could roll that house into my existing portfolio with reputable turnkey provider.  

But additionally and most importantly, I would like to buy and hold property while creating a quality product - something that I would be proud to attach my reputation to (this is very important to me) and then do that over and over again.

Assuming you are able to achieve your zoning goal; consult a reputable contractor to determine the construction expenses.  

I know PA has a reputation for playing it “fast and loose.”

You'll quickly get a bad reputation.
