Hiring a GC to run my flip

Hey guys im thinking about hiring a guy to run my flip. Dealing with sub contractors, getting estimates, ordering material and basically keep the project flowing and he would probably take on some of the jobs like tiling flooring and finishes. He would be a 1099. My question is what is a fair salary for someone like this? I would do incentives too to motivate him to get the job done faster.
