This might be an unusual request, but I don't know of a better place to post it:I am looking for someone with an available rent house in the Keller/Watauga/North Fort Worth, Texas area that might be interested in working a deal for remodeling and/or legal services in trade for partial or full rent payment. 

Some of my buildings are fully remodeled and some are average.

Just so you know, that code only requires those things when a permit is being issued for a newly constructed pool or the remodeling of a pool. 

There is one of these systems on the 25-unit apartment building being remodeled next door to my office.

As a company that does extensive remodels, we're watching the price of materials very closely and are proceeding with caution.

After 3 years we still learning, however one thing I believe it will make a whole lot of difference it's the quality of your remodel.

Have not built new in Tacoma yet, only doing remodels there.

Learn to do the work yourself or have friends and family help you out with remodeling.
