I have started listening to the Podcasts from 2013, talk to a close friend who uses this site regularly, own one SF home that I used to live in and now rent out, and also another SF that I live in with my wife and two beautiful daughters (1 & 3).

I don't mind setting things up so that the realtor gets his/her commission on a rental, but I don't want them to feel entitled to a percentage of the sale price when the home sells if they find out we are doing a lease option.I guess what I'm really trying to figure out is how a rental listing agreement works as opposed to a regular listing agreement.

I read the Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller a few years ago and I plan to give that another look as well as start regularly listening to the podcasts again.

If you do this be sure to check your balance on a regular basis to make sure they are paying the rent on time.
