Hi all,I am considering entering real estate investing.

The exemption can be prorated based on the time you actually lived there.

We live part time AZ (pinal county)  and part time in Narragansett with rentals in S.

We didn't plan on getting in to real estate, but before we could sell our first home we had close family who wanted to rent it from us!
