What you posted means STR is a no.

So this is my first post and I am very new to real estate.

Our only challenge right now is maintaining cash-flow while managing increases in:- Interest rates- Property taxes- Insurance rates  what are the lot numbers, development soft costs / tap fees, hard costs, loan terms, etc would you post those details or message me?

From where I posted it I'm getting numerous requests for the lock box code to take a look from investors I don't have a relationship with.Should I ask for POF before sharing the lock box code?

I could say "no" to requests like someone getting a cat or something, or post a demand for rent notice if someone was late, and all I would say was "sorry, company policy is to post notice and charge the late fee every time rent is late, no exceptions".
