I'm considering buy some property near a new chemical plant construction site and turning it into an RV park to house the construction workers.

Oz seems to be the oldest but I’ve seen la plant near the top of some lists also. 

Furthermore, Intel is spending 20 Billion dollars to build two semiconductor plants, and many more great things presently and coming in the future.

Meeting anyone you can and telling them you're on the look out to buy just helps plant seeds. 

That cat is suffering!

My problem is that I have been suffering from Analysis Paralysis, as they say.  

All types of debt have to be paid back eventually, either by monthly amortization or interest only with a balloon payment at the end.My FICO score suffers because I have only one type of credit in use (credit cards).

Anyway, over in Longview there is an area of town that is close to the mills, a couple paper mills and the aluminum plant there along the Columbia River. 

Personal, one-on-one communications are almost always the best way to resolve problems, and I think landlords who foster collaboration with, and make themselves available to, their tenants do themselves a service.BUT that doesn't work with liability issues.If you want to communicate with a tenant who claims to have suffered an injury, limit that communication to listening and understanding the circumstances.

@Russell Brazil  yup you guys have it tough with reports having to be hand done at the courthouse.out our way each title and escrow company has their own title plant that's all digital. and most have moved off shore to the Philippines or other places.. so while we sleep they are working up title commitments. so we don't have any abstractors out this way.. if someone has to go to the court house its very rare.
