I was wondering how you have filled your W9 if you have a single member LLC (which is considered a disregarded entity) and ensure payments go to your LLC and not your personal name? 

However, I've only heard of one person getting shut down, likely because they were not running it well and the tenants complained to the city. 

Given this new law it concerns me as a buyer and I want to know if agent fees can be written off whether through a personal deal or through an LLC.
