New Real Estate Agent Commission Rule
I'm new to real estate investing and have gotten serious about getting my first property in the near future. Given this new law it concerns me as a buyer and I want to know if agent fees can be written off whether through a personal deal or through an LLC. There's gotta be some way around potentially having to pay my own real estate agent a buyer's fee besides finding and handling the deal myself. I appreciate any and all advice.
