As others have said, property manager = babysitter.The way to address the parking issue is to give out parking permits and engage with a local towing company to tow the cars for free (to you).

Working 30-40 hours a week might be ideal while you learn a trade or take college classes, or even get a degree.

There are state FDEP permits and county HCP permits.

Anyone who had a current STR would be grandfathered in, and this would include us as we would be able to get the current owner’s permit transferred to us.
