This is understandable and could be one of the pains of a fast growing company.(3) This has nothing to do with Roofstock but the inventory of properties- properties have "OK" cap rates.

That would be painful for those few months, but then you have a cash flowing duplex FOREVER!

I live in Wisconsin so I understand your pain when dealing with this cold weather.  

At the same time, don't ignore the fact that market has shifted and sellers who were asking too much are still sitting there...if the numbers add up, you may just have been persistent and caught the sellers at a point where getting out from under the pain of the property is worth more to them than the price.

Sorry fairly new here.Thanks An LLC for resi property with debt is an unnecessary expense and pain and a total distraction from your purpose.If you're not in a community property state, have an attorney draft a community property agreement to protect your wife.  

I guess it all depends on how old your property is and if you anticipate things breaking in the near future.That being said, it is a tremendous pain to deal with the home owners warranty company.

Focus on peoples pain points.

We're hoping to hold this for a while as it cash flows really well, but the $185 regime fee is just painful!
