We figured at the time this would be cheaper and less time spent than fighting with the insurance. 

I know the lawmakers intention was to do away with them....so why would you fight that. 

And how do I fight this.

If insurance companies are allowed to discriminate I don't see why we couldn't besides theyh have moneyh to fight it. 

You have to fight that feeling of scarcity minds set and look at investing through the lens of an abundance minds set. 

On my end, I have done my homework and I know this would have been an outstanding opportunity for a first flip for us. 

Currently, just too little inventory and super low interest rates mean investors are fighting against each other AND many actual home buyers looking for permanent housing. 

Over the past year, tenants are fighting about everything... fighting about driveways and garages being at the top of the list... even above who cleans up the dog poop!

if you want outstanding weather, diverse environments within a 1.5 hour drive, beautiful ocean, beautiful mountains, beautiful desert and are willing to have low income to housing costs for these items (the sunshine tax) then San Diego could be for you.
