No more paying exorbitant fees before you the consumer get any training and or most importantly, made some money (MAKE MONEY)!

The thought was there might be some tax advantages, grants, or government offered training for a woman owned business/company. 

We enroll them into a 5 week real estate investing education, where they learn everything they need to know about real estate investing and then from there spend the next week or so training them on the investors business, systems and processes they will be working for.

This has been on going for over 20 years.

Fast forward 3 years and I was a General Manager that had developed over 20 managers and coordinated training for over 10 new locations.

Obviously, I have ongoing sheetrock repair to do if I lease without correcting the foundation, but I think some of the foundation could correct (as I removed the trees).  

Training is rescheduled for June 22, 2017. 

There have been ongoing problems with homeless folks shacking up there.

For me, direct access to the MLS (and other resources & training available only to licensed professionals) is alone worth the cost of holding my license.

Every deal you do will need some form of ongoing evaluation until the property entirely belongs to someone else or burns to the ground!
