Be careful with what needs to be done on that unit from your inspection and city building inspection officers to ask them if there is anything you have to do that was not expected and budgeted for. 

I have found a piece of property that has a Trustee's Deed in the chancery clerks office that has an "undivided interest" by 3 different parties.

The property is in a B class neigborhood and looks to be mainly cosmetics that makes the property look less than what its worth.I would love some tips on how to further pursue obtaining information on this property thank you.
